Use of all materials is included in the fee and you will receive a sketch book, canvas sheet and stretched canvas to take home.

To bring:

  • Paint brushes in a range of sizes
    OR Splashout can supply a set of brushes at a reduced cost of $30
  • Your own mug
  • Protective clothing

About the Course

In this informative, highly effective and structured course, you will be shown and experience the ways of handling the medium of the ‘Masters’, giving you a solid platform from which to continue your artistic exploration.

Learning builds on itself and in this 5 week process, you will be moving evermore confidently in the direction towards gaining a broader and deeper comprehension of the scope, beauty and malleability of working with oils.

This short course is suitable for absolute beginners who want to learn to paint with oils and people wanting a refresher.
